			<description>What a bugger! A loss on the road to Southland, but as always a bloody hard place to grab a win. A few random thoughts.....Leadership: I believe the captaincy should be a forward, MJ may not be in the starting lineup from week to week, so that could have been the reason not to appoint him a season Captain. But, the team is lacking leadership when needed, when behind the posts after a score against them there should be some bugger giving the boys a rev up, reminding them of the game plan, basics etc. Shoey seems a little quiet...</description>
